- Notes: Apple Notes on iPhone and Mac
- To-Do: Todoist
- Photo Shooting: Apple Camera on iPhone / a real camera elsewhere
- Photo Management: Apple Photos on iPhone / Lightroom on Mac
- Calendar: Apple Calendar
- Cloud File Storage: iCloud
- RSS: Don’t use it
- Contacts: Apple Contacts
- Browser: Safari / Chrome at work
- Chat: What’s App
- Bookmarks: Don’t do bookmarks
- Read It Later: Don’t do that either
- Word Processing: Word
- Spreadsheets: Excel
- Presentations: PowerPoint (it’s better than most think)
- Shopping Lists: Apple Notes
- Meal Planning: My Fitness Pal
- Budgeting and Personal Finance: Organizze
- News: Many
- Music: Spotify
- Podcasts: Spotify
- Password Management: 1Password
